Whenever any of us goes out our vision tends to flicker towards those who have a nice physique or who don't have one. This isn't a bad thing or a habit, but a natural tendency. This can happen in a marketplace, at an event or even in the disco. So, if you are want to build an awesome physique this season then here are 10 tips that you can follow from today:

10 Tips To Start Losing Weight & Become Healthy: Like Now!


Eat Healthy Food


I know you have been told to eat healthy food every now and then, but what does it mean. Well, when anyone tells you to eat healthy food it means:
  • Avoid junk food
  • Eat fruits and vegetables
  • Decrease your sugar and salt intake
I hope you are self-aware about the types of food I am referring to here. But, if you don't have an idea, consider this idea - Avoid anything that will build fat in your body and can be avoided easily.

Try to Avoid Booze


Yup, booze creates fat. So, avoid alcohol no matter the percentage of it in your drink. It will also help you to avoid fat and make you a winner at those rigorous self-help groups. At the same time, it will save your money, which you can easily use to go on a trip or buy anything you like the most. Start by calculating the number of alcoholic drink and multiply it by the cost of each drink. I think you will instantly drop the idea of drinking once you realize the cost per month. 

Try to Avoid Smoking


Restraining from smoking is not only good for health but also good for the environment. The less you smoke the better it is for our environment. But if you really want to know the cost of smoking then consider the number of smokes and then multiply it with the cost of each smoke. Also, include chimneys or drugs that you smoke in a month or a year. You will be astonished by the cost of it and feel guilty about it too. But, at the end of it, you will probably never smoke again or essentially avoid going out to a few occasions. But, if you think that borrowing a smoke from a friend and then smoking it is a good idea, then consider the damage it can cause to your health. Also, those who don't smoke, try avoiding passive smoking by wearing a mask.

Do Only Planks


If you are a lazy person who doesn't want to get up, then consider doing planks wherever and whenever possible. It is one of the easiest exercises to burn your belly fat and side handle fat. But, if you'd like to become more active then start by going out for a stroll with friends, then move to brisk walking and then finally running. Even then planks will help you to build abs. How is that for a lazy person?

Late Night Food


Another common mistake, especially with those who have an evening shift, is late-night food. I know avoiding food when you require it the most is a difficult choice especially when you are working in the evening shift. However, you always have a second choice of replacing it with a mixed vegetable or fruit drink. Don't you? Still, feel hungry? Have half a sandwich. But, if you have an evening shift and can't avoid the food, then at least avoid beverages with sugar, especially coffee or tea, as the fat from it is tough to lose. Also, you can always divide the intervals of food, so that your body develops a habit of digesting it in intervals, and you can get the advantage of full nutritional value. Those of who don't have an evening shift should have you last meal at 8 in the evening. It will reduce fat.

Breathe


One of the most common activities that we constantly do it breathe. However, when I say breathe, I literally mean take a deep breath. It will help you to relieve your stress and allow your brain cells to relax even in the most stressful situations. Remember what doctors tell a patient with anxiety? or a patient with stress? or somebody who is pregnant? They always say "Breathe". If you feel relieved breathing heavily every now and then, then try a few breathing exercises like Kapal Bhati, Anulom Vilom, etc in the morning. It will definitely show major results to you the same day.

Burn Thy Belly


Since you are already en route to become healthy, then try a few fat-burning fruits and vegetables. Try to have raw vegetable and fruit meals or switch to products like Muesli to begin burning fat today and get in shape in any season. This is by far the easiest of 'em of all. But, then again persistence is the key to it. If you cheat you lose! So, make careful choices even on your cheat days. 

Cheat Day Dilemma


So, you have just started going to the gym or have recruited a personal trainer. But, what are you doing before or after the gym? Are you eating your pre-defined and planned meals or are you having cheat meals every day? The question will get answered on its if you check your results at the end of the month, 3 months, 6 months or even a year. Don't blame anyone else but you and your meals. The instructor can make you exercise, tell you the diet plan, but in the end, if you are having sugar-filled meals or drinks, then the body will retain fat. Even know that for sure. No, cardio won't remove the belly fat if the fat consumption is humongous. So, be as strict on your cheat days with your cheat meals and avoid having cheat meals every day. 

Festive Planning


No need to panic about gaining weight during the festive season. The season will come and go like the wind. There is also no need to make plans about the food and beverages you are about to eat and drink. Now you must be confused. I have been telling you to avoid sugar-filled food and beverages, but why am I all of a sudden so liberal. Well, you can have your favorite food and beverages during the festive season but keep 'em to a limit. Also, count the festive season days as probable cheat days before you build any workout plans. Inform your instructor to include those in the plan too. 

Join A Group


This is one of my favorites. The easiest way to start losing fat today is to join a fitness group. It doesn't need to be far away. Join people who are walking in a park or create your own group of fitness enthusiast. Keep motivating each other to lose weight and keep comparing weight loss each month. Be competitive but not aggressive. Have a healthy competition with each other every now and then.
